Completing the challenge was exactly what I needed to reset my routines and reconnect with the basics of self-care. The tasks were simple yet impactful, and the coaching calls kept me accountable and motivated. I realized how much I was missing those small, grounding practices that can really help reduce stress and burnout.

One big takeaway for me was how well I handle the physical aspect of rest, even in challenging times. But this challenge highlighted a deeper need for mental rest, which Marissa helped me realize was missing from my routine. As I have moved forward in my self care journey, Marissa taught me to take time to intentionally reflect on ways I can be more present in each moment, allowing myself to truly experience that mental stillness and calm. This challenge was a wonderful first step in reshaping my self-care habits!”
