A Simple Three Step Process
-
Identify the Overwhelm
We’ll talk about how to recognize the signs that you’re becoming overwhelmed, so you can catch it before it takes over.
-
Find the Cause
We’ll cover the importance of identifying what’s actually triggering your overwhelm so you can address it at the root.
-
Reduce the Intensity
You’ll learn one simple solution to reduce the intensity of your overwhelm in the moment. So instead of feeling consumed by how you feel, you’re in control of how you feel.
As a result, you can start to experience these five powerful changes to the way you work:
1. SLOW THE OVERWHELM SPIRAL
Understand what’s actually driving your overwhelm (it’s not what you think) so you can stop the cycle and regain control of your day.
2. GET YOUR WORK DONE WITHOUT OVERWORKING
Discover why you’re struggling to get through your to-do list and how to get your work done with more ease—without relying on more willpower or longer hours.
3. END WORK ON TIME
Break free from the overworking cycle so you can take your lunch, leave the office on time, and enjoy your evenings and weekends without work hanging over you.
4. LEAVE THE OFFICE FEELING ACCOMPLISHED
Get the important things done each day and leave work knowing you did enough, feeling proud and accomplished for the day.
5. HAVE WORK-LIFE BALANCE
Balance your workload, stay productive, and end your workday feeling accomplished no matter the challenges in your job—even when the work feels demanding or unpredictable.

You might be thinking:
😰 “But my workload isn’t going away. How is this actually going to help?”
You’re right, your workload probably isn’t going away. I am going to teach you how to respond to your workload and other challenges in a way that minimizes how overwhelmed you feel so you can prioritize your time, and move through your day feeling calm and in control.
😕 “My overwhelm isn’t just about my workload. There are so many other challenges at work that I can’t control.”
That makes sense. In public health we have a number of overwhelming challenges, from funding cuts to high turnover. The good news is that the solution for reducing your overwhelm is the same no matter the cause. Whether you’re overwhelmed by your workload, your boss, funding cuts, shifting priorities, or other challenges at work this webinar will teach you how to feel more calm and in control.
😔 “I’d love to join, but that’s when I’m with my kids.”
I know your time outside of work is so valuable to you—which is exactly why I created this webinar. Learning this solution can actually help you create more time with your kids by helping you get your work done more efficiently, leave the office on time, and be 100% present with your kids when you’re home. That’s why we’ll be recording this webinar if you can’t make it live, so you can learn the process on your own time and start using it to create more space for the people and relationships that matter most to you.
🫣 “How is this different from other things I’ve tried?”
I am going to teach you the real root cause of your overwhelm. (it’s not what you think). Just like in public health, you can’t solve a problem effectively until you understand what’s actually causing it. You’re going to learn what’s driving your overwhelm and the one simple solution you can use to reduce it.

Good news is the webinar will be recorded and a replay will be available until Friday September 4, 2026.
With that said, you will want to show up live. You’ll have the opportunity to ask me questions live about your specific situation and get help applying what you are learning to the challenges you uniquely face at work.

Yes!
What you’ll learn in this webinar is not the same as what we cover in the Email and Calendar Course, although the solution you learn here will absolutely help you get more out of that course.
Think of them as two different pieces. The course teaches you the system and this webinar teaches you the skill. You want both to be able to feel organized and productive.
-
After the webinar, I’ll be sharing how you can get help directly from me to not only implement what you are learning in the webinar, but learn my whole email and calendar organizational system that has helped dozen of other women in public health.
