Fulfillment & Refund Policy
At The Public Health Burnout Coach, operated by McKool Coaching LLC ("Company"), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services and products. Throughout these Terms, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to The Public Health Burnout Coach and McKool Coaching LLC. Below is our fulfillment and refund policy. For more information about client and coach expectations and responsibilities, please see our Code of Coaching Ethics.
Service Fulfillment:
Upon purchasing a course, program, or coaching package from us, you will receive confirmation of your purchase and a receipt via email.
Coaching Sessions Fulfillment:
If your purchase includes coaching sessions, you will either receive instructions on how to schedule your sessions after completing your purchase, or we will schedule your sessions for you and send a confirmation email with the details.
If the service purchased allows clients to create a scheduling account, they will be provided with instructions on how to create and manage a scheduling account.
All coaching sessions will be scheduled prior to the first coaching call, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Coaching sessions are held on a recurring day and time agreed upon by the company and the client at the start of the coaching relationship. Clients may request to reschedule individual sessions due to illness, vacation, or other unforeseen circumstances. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, availability cannot be guaranteed. Any rescheduled session is subject to the company’s availability.
You will be provided a scheduling system that provides the company’s availability and you are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions on days and times you are available. If none of the available days and times, you are responsible for reaching out to info@publichealthcoach.com to request scheduling accommodations or adjustments.
Course or Program Material Fulfillment:
Any course or program materials, including but not limited to video lessons and workbooks, will be emailed to you.
Video lessons are housed on a third-party website and include closed captions. Video transcripts can be provided upon request.
Workbooks are provided in a PDF document that has form filling capabilities or can be printed out.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Rescheduling sessions is permitted via the rescheduling link in the appointment confirmation, as long as it's within 24 hours' notice.
Exceptions for late rescheduling may occur based on an illness or emergency and requests must be made via email to info@publichealthcoach.com. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis and the final determination is at the company’s discretion.
If client’s do not arrive to the scheduled coaching session within the first 10 minutes, the session will be forfeited and not rescheduled.
The company may also reschedule appointments and will provide at least 24 hours' notice unless it is a case of illness or an emergency.
Payments:
Clients are expected to pay-in-full before the start of a course, program, or package unless a payment plan is being utilized or a deposit has been made.
At times, a deposit may be required to hold a spot in a course, program, or package and will be credited towards the remaining payment prior to the course, program, or package start date.
If paying in installments, the method a client uses to pay for their first installment will be automatically charged for the following payments unless otherwise agreed upon. Client’s will receive a reminder email 7 days before the automatic charge and can email info@publichealthcoach.com to make changes or updates the payment information.
Refunds:
We understand that circumstances may change and you may no longer require purchased coaching services.
Refunds for coaching services will be provided under the following conditions:
Before a program begins: If you request a refund before the start of the course, program, or package you purchased, a full refund will be issued.
After a program begins: Refund eligibility varies by program and is based on the specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, refunds are not guaranteed once a course, program, or service has begun. In some cases, and at our sole discretion, a pro-rated refund may be offered based on unused services.
Non-refundable services: Some services are non-refundable due to immediate access or delivery, such as on-demand courses where all materials are provided at once.
Program-Specific Refund Terms: Certain courses or programs may offer a limited money-back guarantee or may be non-refundable after a defined period. These terms will be clearly stated on the applicable sales page and during checkout and supersede the general refund policy above.
